The PG Department of Home Science of St. Joseph’s College for Women, Alappuzha organized a Diet Clinic – “Nutrizione” on 16 October 2025. The programme aimed to promote health awareness and nutrition monitoring among students. Services such as blood pressure checkup, height and weight measurement, BMI assessment, and diet counselling were offered. A total of 39 college students benefited from the clinic. The event successfully created awareness on maintaining healthy dietary habits and lifestyle among the youth.
