The PG Department of English maintains the Celine Francis Memorial language lab which was renovated in 2022. The lab now boasts 31 computers that make use of English Cloud software for its operation. What looked like a colossal mountain with rugged terrain had been made easier to conquer through the intervention of our benefactor Mr. George L Mathew, Chairman, Duroflex Pvt Ltd. His generous contribution ensured a unique learning environment for the students of our institution. This CSR project was donated in memory of PC Mathew (Founder of Duroflex), Kunjamma Mathew and Sr Jane Mathew. The lab was setup to provide the students a diverse experience that is different from the conventional teaching learning pedagogy. It facilitates self-learning and encourages them to hone their communication skills through audio-video tests and classes.
