The Internal Quality Assurance Cell of St. Joseph’s College for Women, Alappuzha, in collaboration with St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University), Mangalore, conducted a Two-Day Faculty Development Programme on Innovation in Education titled Navodaya: Revive, Revitalize, Restart on April 1–2, 2025.
Resource persons from St. Aloysius, including Rev. Dr. Praveen Martis SJ, Rev. Dr. Melwyn D'Cunha SJ, Dr. Ronald Nazareth, and Dr. Alwyn D'Sa, led engaging sessions on autonomy, NAAC preparedness, teamwork, and academic innovation.
